Postage and Packaging Charges
All standard delivery – £4.45.
Our gift and bulk loose-leaf teas and teaware are packed to order and dispatched from Northumberland using Royal Mail Second Class for small parcels or large letters.
We aim for goods to be dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (Tuesday and Fridays on weeks with Bank Holiday Mondays in them) for online orders received before lunchtime. However, please allow up to 5 business days from ordering. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to dispatch within three business days, we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer you a full refund or partial delivery of your order.
Items added to the Collection gift orders are combined in the same delivery parcel. Gift orders required to be packed separately should be made as a separate order.
Alternatively, you can Click & Collect from our Amble Depot, Mon-Fri 9am-3pm, at 6D Coquet Park, Amble-by-the-Sea NE65 0PE.
Click & Collect orders are wrapped in tissue paper and presented in brown paper carrier/gift bags rather than gift boxes. Please allow two working days to prepare your order – we’ll email you to let you know when your order is ready to collect.
The prices for any products ordered will be as quoted on the website, except in the case of obvious errors. For orders made from the UK, VAT is included (20% VAT for teaware, 0% VAT for loose-leaf tea). The cost of delivery will be separately itemised at the checkout (including 20% VAT).
Currently we only take orders for delivery to the UK. Please contact us direct regarding deliveries to other parts of the world.
